Course fees are due at time of provisional acceptance; however, if a course cancellation occurs greater than 7 business days prior to the course start date, the amount can be transferred to another course registration or become customer credit on file to be used at a later date, or refunded to the delegate within 6 weeks. Customer credit expires 180 days from the date it was accrued.

The following apply:

  • Full course fees are due prior to the start of a course;
  • Companies/organisations are required to send a Purchase Order at least 7 business days prior to the scheduled start of a course;
  • Proof of payment must be forwarded at least 7 business days prior to the scheduled start of a course;
  • Fees are only refundable if the cancellation is lodged via email at least 7 business days prior to the scheduled start of the course;
  • Fees are non-refundable if the cancellation occurs less than 7 business days prior to the scheduled start of the course;
  • Fees may become customer credit if cancellation occurs less than 7 business days prior to course start date;
  • Fees are forfeited if cancellation occurs after the course start date;
  • Fees are forfeited if a company/organisation has paid for a specific amount of delegates, but fails to register the agreed upon number of delegates, and/or delegates do not attend or complete the course.
